Collaboration Of Consumer Resources For Service Innovation In Social E-Commerce: The Effects Of Social Media Influencer Mediation

The rapid growth of social e-commerce has transformed the online commerce landscape, driving significant changes in consumer behavior. Consumer resource collaboration is becoming increasingly important in this context, enabling brands to expand reach and accelerate service innovation. On the other hand, the influence of social media influencers is increasingly strengthening the role of consumers in influencing purchasing decisions and creating trends. This research aims to investigate the role of consumer resource collaboration in driving service innovation in social e-commerce, by considering the mediating effect of social media influencers. The research approach used is qualitative by analyzing data from related journals, articles and books. The research involved a survey of respondents involved in social e-commerce, as well as in-depth interviews with social media influencers involved in collaborations with brands. The research results show that consumer resource collaboration has a significant impact in expanding brand reach, increasing consumer engagement, and accelerating the adoption of innovations in social e-commerce. Social media influencer mediation has also been proven to strengthen consumer influence in influencing purchasing decisions and creating greater brand awareness.

This study aims to determine the influence of direct expenditure, Budget Surplus (SILPA), and local levies on economic growth in Tabanan Regency, from 2013 to 2022. The variables in this study are economic growth in Tabanan Regency as the dependent variable and direct expenditure, Budget Surplus (SILPA), and local levies as independent variables. The data used in this study are secondary data obtained from the Tabanan Regency Central Statistics Agency (BPS). The analysis method employed is multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis lead to the conclusion that: the direct expenditure variable (X1) has a significant and positive influence on economic growth in Tabanan Regency, the Budget Surplus (SILPA) variable has a significant and positive influence on economic growth in Tabanan Regency, and the local levies variable has a significant and positive influence on economic growth in Tabanan Regency. Simultaneously, it is found that the direct expenditure, Budget Surplus (SILPA), and local levies variables collectively have a significant influence on economic growth in Tabanan Regency.

Transportation is an important infrastructure for the economic life of society, transportation is a means to encourage economic development. Transportation by motorized vehicles often causes problems that can harm passengers. The problem, how is the function of the implementation of motor vehicle testing in an effort to prevent traffic accidents and law enforcement against violations if the owner of motorized transportation does not conduct vehicle testing, Research results: that the function of motor vehicle testing is very decisive in efforts to prevent traffic accidents. Because with the condition of vehicles that meet the technical requirements and roadworthy supported by drivers and road users who are disciplined and aware of the law, the danger of traffic accidents will be prevented or minimized. Law enforcement against violations for motorized transport owners who do not conduct vehicle testing is based on Article 56 of the UULLAJ, if violated shall be punished with a maximum imprisonment of 2 months or a maximum fine of Rp. 2,000,000, - and if the vehicle does not have a proof of passing the test. If the vehicle does not have a test pass mark, it shall be punished with imprisonment of 6 months or a fine of up to Rp. 6,000,000.

Cooperatives are growing and expanding throughout Indonesia, serving as economic organizations aimed at advocating for the economic interests of their members and the wider community, especially in areas with weaker economies. The purpose of this research is to determine the partial effects of the number of members, amount of capital, and amount of loans provided to the community, and to understand the simultaneous effects of these variables on the net income of KUD Rejasa in the Penebel District, Tabanan Regency.

The research findings indicate that the number of members (X1) has a positive and significant influence on the net income of KUD Rejasa, where t-value > t-table, i.e., 7.887 > 1.796. The amount of capital (X2) also has a positive and significant impact on the net income of KUD Rejasa, with t-value > t-table, i.e., 3.082 > 1.796. Similarly, the amount of loans (X3) has a positive and significant influence on the net income of KUD Rejasa, where t-value > t-table, i.e., 4.196 > 1.796. The number of members, amount of capital, and amount of loans collectively have a significant simultaneous impact on the net income of KUD Rejasa, with F-value > F-table, i.e., 332.782 > 3.59. Therefore, the variables of the number of members, amount of capital, and amount of loans simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the net income of KUD Rejasa in the Penebel District, Tabanan Regency.

This study aims to test and obtain emitter evidence regarding the effect of Cash Turnover, Credit Growth, Capital Adequacy, Third Parties Fund and Credit Risk on LPD Performance in Marga District, Tabanan Regency for the 2019-2021 period. The population in this study was LPD in Marga District. The samples to be selected based on the purposive sampling method are selection from predetermined criteria, so that a sample of 21 LPDs was obtained in Marga District, Tabanan Regency. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS (Statistical Product And Service Solution) tool. The results of this study show that Cash Turnover has a effect on LPD Performance. Credit Growth has no effect on LPD Performance. Capital Adequacy has no effect on LPD Performance. Third Parties Fund have no effect on LPD Performance. and Non Performing Loan has no effect on LPD Performance.

This study attempts to ascertain the impact of business capital, working hours, and duration of operation on the revenue of tofu sellers in Tabanan sub-district, Tabanan regency. With a population of 213 business units of tofu traders in Tabanan sub-district, Tabanan district, the focus of this research object is business capital, working hours, and length of business on the income of tofu traders. A sample of 68 business units of tofu traders was obtained using the probability sampling method and slovin formula.According to the test results, working hours, business capital, and business length all have positive and significant effects on tofu dealers' income in Tabanan sub-district, Tabanan regency.

The problem of poverty is still a problem faced by countries/regions in various parts of the world. Bali Province is one of them, especially since the Covid-19 pandemic hit and had a tremendous effect on the economy. As a province that relies on the tourism sector, the Covid-19 pandemic has hit the foundations of the economy so that statistical data shows that poverty in Bali Province tends to fluctuate and increase over the last three years. This research is focused on discussing the description of sociodemographic factors regarding poverty in Bali Province. The objectives of this research include knowing the total population, literacy rate, and per capita expenditure partially and simultaneously on poverty in Bali Province. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. This research uses secondary data obtained from BPS Bali Province. The data used in this research is time series data for each Regency/City in Bali Province from 2018-2022. This research uses data processing tools, namely Microsoft Excel and SPSS. The research results show that: 1) population size has a partial positive and significant effect on poverty in Bali Province; 2) literacy rates have a negative and partially insignificant effect on poverty in Bali Province; 3) per capita expenditure has a partially negative and significant effect on poverty in Bali Province; and 4) population, literacy rate, and per capita expenditure simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on poverty in Bali Province.

One of the main cornerstones of the Indonesian economy is MSMEs and have an impact on the growth of the Indonesian economy. One of the gatherings of MSME entrepreneurs is on the traditional market. In Indonesia today, there are still a lot of traditional markets, and the traditional market competes with e-commerce and modern markets like malls. In order for traditional markets to remain competitive, there needs to be a desire to buy from consumers. In this study, we investigated the influence of the quality of service provided on consumer spending desire with a quantitative method and with a sample size of as many as 50 respondents. For data analysis, use simple regression. In this study, a questionnaire is used to compile, and the Likert scale is used as a measure. This research shows that the quality of service can affect the desire to buy.

The research focuses on designing and building interactive multimedia introduction to organs in the human body for android-based junior high school. The application can be accessed by users via android smartphones. The problem solved is the need for introductory media and information to provide an introduction to organs in the human body while providing information about organs in the human body, applied in android-based application media. The Multimedia Development Life Cycle model research method is the choice in developing a system which has stages, system analysis to determine system requirements with the results of the system applied to android applications which provide information related to the introduction of organs in the human body accordingly, then system design includes Unified Modeling Language (UML) and system interfaces, the next stage of system implementation is the stage of implementing the system using the Javascript programming language and the React Native library, finally system testing is carried out to ensure quality using the blackbox method to produce suitability for each expected system function. User target testing through a questionnaire to 30 respondents using a Likert scale resulted in a response of 89.3% with the interpretation criteria "Strongly Agree".

Leveraging the Google Site platform, this design integrates cloud-based data storage with collaborative features, facilitating the archiving and retrieval processes. Digital report documents, encompassing cultural activities and related projects, can be swiftly uploaded, organized, and accessed through a user-friendly interface. Data security is ensured through well-managed access rights. With the implementation of this design, the Cultural Office of Bali Province anticipates optimizing operational effectiveness, reducing paper usage, and fostering collaboration among team members in the management of digital reports.

The aim of this research is to describe and determine the implementation of the Rice Farming Business Insurance Program (AUTP) in Tabanan Regency. The theory used in this research is the implementation model theory by Edward III. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative. The results of this research show that (1) the focus of communication in the implementation of the Rice Farming Business Insurance Program (AUTP) in Tabanan Regency has been carried out well, (2) the focus of resources in implementing the Rice Farming Business Insurance Program (AUTP) in Tabanan Regency has not been implemented well. This can be seen that the number of existing officers is not sufficient to cover the AUTP Program in the Tabanan Regency area. Then there are guidelines for implementing the AUTP program which are used by officers. (3) In terms of disposition focus in implementing the Rice Farming Business Insurance Program (AUTP) in Tabanan Regency, it can be said to have been implemented well. This can be seen that the officers have a good understanding of the provisions of the AUTP program in Tabanan Regency, (4) The focus on the bureaucratic structure in implementing the AUTP program in Tabanan Regency has been implemented well.
