Abstract

University websites serve as the primary medium for delivering academic information, administrative services, and institutional profiles to the public. To support the quality of electronic educational services, a website must have a good level of usability so that it can be easily used by students, lecturers, and the general public. However, in practice, some users still encounter difficulties when accessing information on the Tabanan University website, such as unclear navigation, inconsistent interface elements, and suboptimal access speed. Therefore, an evaluation is needed to determine the website’s level of usability. This study employs the System Usability Scale (SUS) method with ten statements to measure the usability level of the Tabanan University website. A total of 100 respondents consisting of students, lecturers, and academic staff participated in the data collection. The results indicate that the Tabanan University website obtained a final SUS score of 75.05. Based on SUS interpretation, this score falls into Category B, with an adjective rating of “Good” and an acceptability range classified as “Acceptable”, indicating that the Tabanan University website has a good level of usability and is able to meet users’ basic needs.
