This study aims to analyze the effect of leadership style, work motivation, and work discipline on employee performance at Bale Udang Mang Engking Kuta, West Denpasar District. Employee performance problems were identified based on customer complaints related to service quality, such as long waiting times and inconsistency in service delivery. This research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method. The population and sample consisted of 53 employees, determined using a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS software. The results showed that leadership style had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation also had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while work discipline significantly influenced employee performance as well. Simultaneously, leadership style, work motivation, and work discipline had a significant effect on employee performance, with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.659. This indicates that 65.9% of employee performance variation could be explained by the three independent variables, while the remaining 34.1% was influenced by other factors not examined in this study.
