The published studies analyze the legal urgency of establishing the Merah Putih Village Cooperative as a mechanism to strengthen village economic independence, the reconstruction of mining governance based on sustainable development principles, criminal law reform concerning adultery offenses under the new Criminal Code, and the effectiveness of sighat ta'liq as a legal instrument for protecting women's rights within Indonesia's marriage law system. Collectively, these contributions highlight the importance of responsive legal frameworks, regulatory certainty, environmental sustainability, and the protection of vulnerable groups in promoting equitable and accountable governance.

The field of information systems is represented by research on the design of a mobile-based sign language dictionary application using a User-Centered Design approach and usability evaluation through the System Usability Scale (SUS). This study demonstrates the growing significance of inclusive digital innovation in improving accessibility, enhancing learning experiences, and promoting effective communication between persons with disabilities and the broader community.

In the agribusiness sector, this issue explores the determinants of rice farmers' income within the traditional Subak irrigation system in Bali. The findings reveal that land ownership, rice prices, and the institutional role of Subak significantly influence farmers' welfare, while production costs remain a major constraint. These results reinforce the importance of integrated agricultural policies that strengthen local institutions, improve access to agricultural resources, and preserve the sustainability of Bali's cultural and agricultural heritage.
